By application. Limited to one client or household. The Private Clinical Retainer is The High Lonesome's highest-access clinical relationship. It reserves the practice's greatest level of flexibility and clinician availability for one client or household. The structure is developed individually and may include expanded scheduling, extended sessions, secure communication, in-home care, focused intensive work, and continuity across changing circumstances. This service is not 24/7 monitoring, emergency or crisis response, or a substitute for a clinically indicated higher level of care.
