You have a coach for your physique.
Who is helping you manage everything prep puts around it?

Why Prep Changes More Than Your Physique

Contest prep can create a highly structured, demanding period in which multiple parts of life are compressed at once. The athlete may be managing strict routines, reduced flexibility, fatigue, performance pressure, relationship strain, work demands, identity concerns, perfectionism, and the emotional intensity that can come with both competition and its aftermath.

The goal of this service is not to pathologize competitive bodybuilding. It is to provide a confidential clinical relationship with enough continuity and access to help an athlete manage the rest of life while pursuing a demanding goal.

Primary Focus: Stability, values, communication, coping, identity and decision-making

Examples: Stress management; relationship communication; work/life conflict; perfectionism; behavioral rigidity; recovery support; maintaining perspective

Stay connected to the life around the goal.
